I bouught this carbine for a medium range home defense weapon. I have not fired a carbine since the M-16 "Police Action" in Vietnam.
I was somewhat skeptical due to low price and some internet chatter but for the price - I cleaned and oiled it and fired over 200 rounds at the range. It took a while to get the iron sights right and a little more time to get the laser in synch, WOW. I bought 2 extra clips and the holder which attaches to the stock. It was easy to go through 3 clips. It went bang every time. Once we got it sighted in i fiired a 10 round clip from the waste at 25 yards - all I did was put the red dot in the black and pull the trigger. I shot a group of 9 in a three inch circle and one flyer about 3/4 in higher at 2 oclock. The next day we hit an outdoor range and fired another 200 rds and again - it went bang every time I fired FMJ, hollowpoints and +p - I can't find one thing to be unhappy about
