I've tested a lot of types of ammo through my ARs and Silver Bear is an absolutely excellent choice for the following reasons:
1) it is RELIABLE. In thousands of rounds, I've not had a single failure of any kind...EVER. I've shot it through both Gas Impingement ARs and Gas Piston ARs with equally perfect results.
2) it is INEXPENSIVE. The cheaper it is to shoot, the more training you can afford. 'nuf said...
3) it is ACCURATE. I can consistently hit 2-3 MOA from 16" non-freefloated ARs...battlefield good stuff.
4) it shoots CLEAN. Unlike TULAMMO I've shot, this stuff shoots about as clean as USGI ammo...which leaves an AR dirty. As a US Marine, I had rifle cleaning beat into me, so I'm one of those guys that cleans my weapons after every single use.

If you're on the fence...get off. This stuff is awesome. Stock up.
