Magnum Research MRFA915F MR9 Eagle 15+1 9mm 4" [MRFA915F]

The model MRFA915F is with the stainless slide, not black oxide. About the service from Bud's: Great! About the gun: I own several pistols and my long time favorite is a Walther P99 AS in 40 S&W. Friends I need to tell you the MR9 Eagle is pretty much the same gun as the Walther P99 AS. The frame and trigger guts are made by Walther in Germany. With the high quality of the stainless slide and barrel, I am guessing it is made by Kahr Arms. The magazines are made by Mec-Gar. It is all put together and boxed in Minnesota at the Magnum Research warehouse.
I went to the range with 200 rounds of 115gr Winchester White Box and 25 rounds of 124gr Hornady TAP FPD. Right out the the box the sights were right on. The first 15 rounds out of the gun chewed out the bullseye at 15 yards. The second 15 rounds done the same. I shot 5 rounds of the expensive 124gr Hornady and the point of impact was the same. The only other pistol I have owned that was this accurate was my CZ 75b. The MR9 trigger in SA mode is so sweet. For the price, the Magnum Research MR9 Eagle is one of the best bargains out there. It is a much better shooter than the Glock 19 G4 or the Springfield XD. It is light enough I am going to use it for concealed carry in a high ride Barsoney pancake holster. I am very pleased with my purchase.
