Have been looking at this revolver for some time. Like the idea of no moon clips. Bud's matched the price with another dealer. Order was processed with a day and shipped to my local FFL dealer hassle free and within 2 days. Would recommend Bud's for your firearms. Would do business with them again.

Not real happy with the Pitbull. Not easy to load, to much travel in the trigger in dubble action. Single action is fine. Clearing spent rounds can be a pain also, some rounds dont always catch on the ejection devise. But it dose go boom.

Great fit and finish. The casing ejection works better than expected and flawless if you hold the barrel up while extracting. Fun to have next to my 9mm semi auto and be able to go back and forth at the range with the same ammo. No regrets, love it!

I ordered this gun and was surprised how quickly it shipped. Of course Buds usually gets their orders out in a timely manner. The revolver looked good and the finish was nice, no scratches or dull spots haven’t gotten to the range with it yet so will more than likely give another review once I’ve shot it. The cylinder did feel a little tight. Hopefully once I’ve cleaned it and used it at the range it will be better. Will see. Again, thanks Buds for your awesome customer service!

Nice and comfortable gun. The time will tell how reliable and trouble free it is. A couple of comments on the quality: - the ejector is somewhat stiff. I have put gun oil on it and worked it a couple of dozen times back and forth - it didn't loosen so far. Perhaps, it will break in later. - the gunsmith at FFL shop told me that the screw holding the cylinder's release button tends to walk off the threads because of the recoil and vibration. CARR supposes to lock tight it but apparently, the QC misses some of these. If you lose the little screw you'd need to go to a gunsmith or buy a special tool to put back together four-pieces button assembly.

I have looked for a pitbull by Charter Arms for some tine. No one had them and could not order them. Buds Guns came through with them in stock and at a great price. I have not been able to take the Pitbull out to fire it as of yet. Fits in my hand very well. Looking forward to firing this revolver very soon.

Good pistol accurate out of the box. Slight issue with tightness of the cylinder loading and unloading rounds. I had to use REM Oil for lubricant to assist in the loading and unloading of rounds.

Received this product shortly after ordering, I was pleased with the results of delivery. I took the product out for test firing and I found the gun was quite easy to handle, I'm older now and the semi-automatic pistol is harder for me to handle; however I found the Pitbull 9mm was quite easy to fire and load, the weight is about the weight I like. I believe I would recommend this revolver to anyone who is looking for a good product, and would purchase another one if needed. Byron Hawkins

Excellent machining, but on this 9mm Pitbull, my bullets kept walking out of the cartridges due to the recoil. After 2-3 shots, bullets had walked out so far the cylinder jammed. Tried multiple types of factory ammo and reloads and same problem. Really wanted to like this gun, but due to the bullet walking, I ended up selling it.

Fits my hand perfectly. After about 50 rounds I felt it was very comfortable to shoot. Little slow to reload. At 15 yards it was right on target. Not the most beautiful gun, but I like the finish. Yes, I would recommend this gun.

A 9mm Revolver? People don't believe me when I say I own one! Rare for sure! It's a very fun Gun to shoot! Great for a carry Gun as well. I have ran about 500 rounds through it and it performs 1000%

Not a lot of 9mm revolvers out there but this one is great for the price. Accurate at 25 yards shooting 8 inch steel. Put 50 rounds through it with no problems.

I had one that I put 50 rounds down range on. The cylinder stopped spinning. I sent it back and Charter Arms completely went thru it and sent me a brand new revolver. The second revolver only got about 25 rounds thru it before the same issue happened. I am about to contact them for a refund.

This is the perfect companion to my Glock 17 - uses the same ammo, and loads EASILY from a Glock magazine - LOVE IT!!!

I wrote a long review but I took too long and Buds logged me out..so here is the short version.. This is a good weapon, not as polished as a more expensive revolver. It ejects spent casings perfectly for me with a firm tap to the ejector with your palm while the muzzle is pointed up. Loading the weapon takes just an extra push and gets easier when the tabs have been oiled and broken in a bit. It has a good SA trigger, DA is a little rough but it is getting smother. Plenty accurate for its purpose. Function of the weapon has been great for about 250 rounds. I am glad I purchased it and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a revolver that shoots an effective round, but doesn't like spending 20$ a box for 38 special.. I would give it a 4.5 if I could based on Function, COST, and Performance

this gun had many missfires , also hard to load . looks like you have to push hard on rounds to load them in cyl.

Bud's has super fast delivery, I ordered this on Wednesday and it got to my FFL dealer by Friday! They also have great prices. This pistol is a pretty good deal. The fit and finish are not as good as a Ruger or Smith and Wesson, but it is OK. The trigger is great, real light and crisp on single action and smooth and not too heavy for double action. I put 60 rounds of standard pressure handloads through it today and had no misfires as has been reported in some other reviews. The accuracy is certainly not target grade but I kept 5 round strings within 5-6 inches at 25 yards and about a foot at 50 yards, definitely adequate for what it is intended for. I will try other loads to see if the accuracy will improve. The ejection of empties is not as easy as on normal double action revolvers, but got more consistent with practice. I probably will not carry this gun for defense, but it will serve well as a home defense and range gun. I would recommend this gun.
