The seven round magazine was the largest you could purchase when I bought the Walther PPS! I bought two extra at a very reasonable price. Part of the reason for the purchase was, that it felt good in my large hand. I found that I didn’t have to search for proper hand placement, it was very natural. The other reason was for the maximum capacity. While the six round magazine also fit my hand it was a tight fit. I purchased Walthers magazine rather than an aftermarket because of the reputation of the weapon. I have not had a single problem, and have put many rounds down range. Overall, I would rate Walther’s product line as exceptional. You get what you pay for at a fair price point.
