Heritage RR22B4 Rough Rider 6RD 22LR 4.75" Blued
by Donna R Date Added: Thursday 30 June, 2011
Take pliers and file on first trip to the range. This may be my second review on this pistol, but has more details about how it performed at the range. With four different brands of ammo, three LR and one WMR, the pistol shot left and slightly below bulls eye. At 10 yards, the grouping was less than two inches off of a sand bag. I bent the front sight slightly with the pliers and got closer to the bulls eye. After a second adjustment, the rounds were right in light from left to right, but was still low. The sight then needed filed down slightly to bring elevation in. With all four brands, the gun shot all over the bulls eye. At 25 yards, groupings with the LRs were still decent, but the WMR scattered some. The brands were Federal, Remington target, Remington HP (All with standard velocity) and CCI WMR.
