CCI Standard Velocity is excellent ammunition and is the standard by which I judge all other 22 LR ammo. It shoots and groups well in most of my 22 rifles and pistols, although some tend to be a little more finicky than others. It does stay subsonic in most of my 22 guns making it ideal to use with a suppressor. I will note that it does exceed the 1070 velocity rating in some of my rifles and will go supersonic, so test with your suppressor host if you want to see how it performs. As I mentioned, it works perfectly in most of mine, but there are a few where I have to use other ammunition rated as subsonic. One of the things I love about CCI standard velocity is the quality. If you buy 22 LR in bulk packages, you know that you are prone to get a few duds or some damaged rounds that you toss before you load if you are a discriminating shooter. Not so with CCI Standard Velocity. In the many thousands of rounds of CCI Standard Velocity I have used, I have noted the quality to be unparalleled for ammunition at this price point. You can certainly pay much more for a high-quality box of ammunition, but, in most circumstances, you would be hard-pressed to squeeze out much more accuracy out of other rounds. Note: 22 firearms are finicky, and some guns just like one ammunition better than others. Unless you are shooting a high-end 22, you are unlikely to notice any difference in shooting CCI standard velocity and in shooting Eley 10x. If you are debating on spending several times the price of a box of this ammunition in favor of another ammunition, look at your rifle and ask two questions: 1. Is the quality of this gun such that it can actually shoot better with other ammunition, and 2. Is it better for me to spend my money to squeeze out a tiny accuracy improvement or to facilitate more pulls of the trigger? Overall, I can't recommend CCI Standard Velocity enough. I buy more of this than any other 22 LR and for a good reason. It's accurate, reliable, and affordable. This ammo is hard to beat.

This is great ammo for supressor shooting. It is barely subsonic, but powerful enough to cycle reliably in every semiautomatic .22 rifle and pistol I own, even my finicky PPK/s. It seems to be consistent in accuracy and is BB gun quiet with my Banish 22 suppressor. Give them a try if you shoot supressed!

I tried the CCI Standard in My BSA Martini International Mk1, and She really likes it! I was surprised at the groups I got with it. I will use it for My practice shooting for sure! Going to try it in My Winchester M52 next. Works well in the S&W M41 as well. No FTF or any other problems. Good Stuff.

I like this ammo. It is really accurate and it doesn't produce a bunch of smoke. A very consistent performer ,shot to shot and it works well in my old Savage autoloader too. I can't tell you whether it makes my guns any dirtier then any other because I clean my weapons. Buds has a great price on it. Just buy it by the brick. You are going to be shooting a heck of a lot of it.

CCI Standard Velocity 22 lr performance in my Ruger 10/22 is unbelievable as I'm shooting 1/2inch groups at 75 yards. This ammo out performes some match grade ammo I have shot that were double the price.

I have tried over 30 different types of .22LR and 17 brands. CCI Works the best for all my .22’s from Single shot revolver, bolt action, too semi -auto pistol and rilfe. It’s not as dirty was most and pretty accurate for a .22. And the price is good never had a lot of miss fires, stove pipes 90% overall good for my firearms.

My Savage Mark II FV-SR loves this stuff @ 50 yards, it groups ALMOST as good as VERY expensive match offerings, which is plenty good enough for a hobby shooter. Buds Rocks

My go to ammo for my 50 yard target / bolt CZ's and Ruger American Rimfires. One misfire a year ago. Not hot enough for my semi auto pistols. FTE's and stove pipes. I don't own any semi auto rifles but would think hotter ammo better.
