Is this New Jersey compliant and can I get it with two 10 round magazines instead of the eight?

It is NJ compliant. Henry makes 5 and 8 round Mags.

Hi John, yes sir, this is NJ compliant. I am unfortunate enough to live in this anti 2A state and this gun is in my arsenal.
It cannot be shipped with 10rd mags, Bud’s does not swap magazines.
