Will this fit my Glock 21 Gen 4?

Desantis Gunhide Thumb Break Scabbard Colt 1911 Leather Black
I want to buy the right holster to carry my Glock. I can conceal easily as I'm 6'5 - 245. If this doesn't work, can someone recommend one that will work? I want leather. THX
