I have a ranch hand rh92 45 caliber lever action with 12" barrel is considered a lever PISTOL in vt so you can carry it loaded in a car. can you do the same with this

if you are speaking about the ranch hand yes it is a pistol but I think you are asking about another gun and if so you did not say what the other gun was
