As far as I can tell, the only difference between the 2 is the finish - SCPN being FDE and ELITE being black. The pistol is not listed on the Sig website. Is the finish the only difference? - Thanks, JMC

That is exactly the only difference John. Just the finish. The firearms are functionally identical.
