This is subjective. To some, for example, Model 1 is better than Model 2. But some think Model 2 is better than model 1. Others will say Model 3 is the worst. It all comes down to what you're looking for in a firearm. What type of features you want. When it comes to finish, I prefer duty finish. I love stainless, but for a DW I would go with duty finish. Again, that's subjective. I own stainless handguns, so I'm not prejudice to other finishes. It's kinds like women, some like women with curly hair while others like women with straight hair.
