Yes, yes and yes. This rifle comes with all 3 Michael in a cardboard box with Ruger brand scope ring/mounts, owners manual, warranty registration card, cable lock, Picatinny Rail, Allen Wrenches, Sling and (2) 20rd Magazines.

This gun comes with one 20 round magazine, and ruger scope rings. It does not come with a picatinny rail system as ruger uses there own rings. It also comes from the factory with an adjustable ghost ring rear sight. Hope this helps.
