The best way to see the exact amount is to put items in your cart then click checkout. It will show shipping fees there. Insurance is optional. It will state the prices there.

If the item is marked "Free FedEx Option" and the purchase is at least $199 then it ships free. If not, just add to your cart to get the shipping cost and insurance is optional Joseph.
