yes the grips can be swapped Hogue makes a lot of grips ruger also has some replacement grips at shop Ruger like these http://shopruger.com/LCR-Pachmayr-Diamond-Pro-Grips/productinfo/19994/

Darrell, the Grips can be swapped out. one of the manufacturers of larger grips for the LCR is HOGUE : hogueinc.com/grips/ruger/lcr?p=2
