In most states you don't need a permit to buy a handgun. You can purchase from Buds without a permit however when it gets to the FFL to do the transfer you will need all the paperwork required by your state to complete the transfer. I would check with a local FFL to see what your state requirements are. You can also repost here giving us your state and we may be able to give you a better answer. Again In most states no permit is required
