Why does this model have only 10rd magazines?

I am assuming other than the ridiculous 10rd magazines in this package, this
APX is the same as the standard models that accept the 17 rd magazines?

it has a 10 round magazine to make it Legal for sale in states that restrict pistols to 10 rounds the standard magazines are modified to only hold 10 rounds for sale in those states

The pistols are exactly the same Loual and will take either 10rd or 17rd. The 10rd mag package is so this pistol can be sold to folks in states that have capacity restrictions.

Hi Loual, This will take higher cap magazines. Its just that some states are limited to 10 round max to be state compliant.
