  • I've worked on many and RIA triggers vary quite a bit. The last one was at 3.5 pounds and crisp and we left it alone. Many others have been 7 to 8 pounds and creepy. It's what you get for the money. It's a good solid 1911 to build from though.

  • My RIA triggers start out around 5 lbs and after a around 500-600 round the trigger is down to a nice crisp 4-4.5 lbs RIA is a company that will stand behind their products. That is why I have 8 RIA 1911s in various calibers and barrel lengths

  • This pistol actually has a very good stock trigger Juan. It will shoot all day, and will do so well with it's 5" barrel and crisp single action 4 to 6 lb trigger pull.
