Hi Point 916 C-9 8+1 9MM +P 3.5"
Will this pistol's mag fit my Hi-Point 995 ? The pistol's mag holds 8 rds but the Carbine's mag holds 10, so my thoughts are the pistol's mag will be too short to engage. Also I see the Carbine 9mm 995 mag will stick out of the pistol's grip.

The magazines are not toatlly interchangeable. While the 10-round carbine mags will work in a pistol, the extended 10-round pistol mags and standard 8-round pistol mags will not work in the carbine

Dennis, The 8 round and 10 round C9 pistol mags will NOT fit the 995 carbine. The 10 round carbine mags will fit the C9, sort of...they tend to wiggle some, and stick out. All the other stuff will share between carbines and pistols of the same caliber. -- youtube.com/watch?v=K00AAnl0PH8
