Other than the 30 magazine, is this NJ compliant?

Windham Weaponry WW-15 MPC 223 Remington AR15 Semi Auto Rifle
Excluding the 30 round magazine, would this be NJ compliant? If not, why?

It would not be even without the 30rd magazine Kelvin. The following are prohibited: - Semi - automatic rifles that are capable of receiving a detachable magazine and has at least two of the following features: 1. Folding / telescoping stock - 2. Pistol grip - .
