  • just like before It should be legal while its not on either the CA DOJ approved list or on Buds approve list however it should ne legal in CA as a single action revolver "*Permissible handguns that are NOT on the handgun roster: Single-action revolvers that have at least a 5 round capacity with a barrel length of at least 3 inches and an overall length of at least 7 ½ inches are permitted. Single-shot pistols that are top-break or bolt-action with a barrel length of at least 6 inches and have an overall length of at least 10 1/2 inches are permitted."
