No Ervin, sorry, this one is not on the CA approved list. Only some models of the Desert Eagle are approved, and all are in 44 mag. oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Magnum+Research

Ervin, no Sir, it does not appear on the CA DOJ approved Roster. Only the current Desert Eagles here are approved : oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Magnum+Research
