More than likely model UI1950203 is made in Smyrna, GA, and the other model PI1950203 is an import from Austria to Smyrna, GA. Other wise both are Generation 3 Glock 19's, they both come with two 15 round magazines, a box, reading material about your pistol, nylon brush, and cleaning rod.

USA model vs Austria from best I can tell. Both models pictures show Austrian made pistols, but the title of one states US, and the reviewers confirmed his was USA made.
