Ruger 10/22 Carbine .22 LR 18.5" Stainless Barrel Black Synthetic Stock 10+1
what all do you need to mount a scope on this rifle?

Ronald - you would need rings for a Weaver rail, same size as your scope tube, and your scope. I have a Vortex Crossfire II on my 10/22 rifle and it is a great combination. Plus, the Vortex "No Questions Asked" warranty is great peace of mind.

the ruger comes with a weaver type rail included you just need the rings and the scope

Ronald, this rifle comes with a Weaver Mount. You would need Weaver Rings and a Scope. Rings = budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/711004302/tactical+6-hole+rings+30mm+low+black
