Justin, Yes, Any firearm chambered in 5.56 can fire the lower pressure 223 rounds. Specifications and Features:

Justin, absolutely. Any firearm chambered in 5.56 can fire the lower pressure 223 rounds. Firearms chambered in 223 should not fire the higher pressure 5.56 ammo due to safety and warranty reasons.
