Richard - This pistol comes with the 5" barrel, and a 10 round mag with the 'pinkie extension' on the base. Also, 2 keys, cleaning rod, and a set of earplugs, in a plastic case. This is NOT the kit with two barrels.

Richard, this does not include the 3" Barrel but does include the finger extension magazine. Includes: HP22A Sport/Target pistol with 5'' extended vent rib barrel & black checkered grips, one extended 10-rnd. magazine, cleaning kit & oil, ear plugs, Phoenix Arms embroidered patch and custom-fitted, locking, transport case.
