  • Yeah I says the card balance for the right amount it's just everytime I try to use it the website tells me the card balance is 0 or does not exist

  • Matthew, must be an issue on Buds end. Are you cutting and pasting the code without any spaces? If so, Buds Customer Service will need to assist you at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

  • Matthew, Confirm your code is 12 digits long. Make sure you enter the correct digits. Much confusion when you enter with 1-l, o-0, q-g, etc. Make sure you have the exact 12 digits. I know it sounds silly, but has happened to me many times.
