Sandra, A Glock magazine compatible Sub 2000 will use any 17 round or larger Glock or Glock knockoff magazine or drum. Including this drum.

Yes it will as long as it is the sub 2000 that takes the glock magazines

Yes Sir, This has the same feed tower as Glock Magazines and will fit fine. It will add weight of course. Cheers!
