The "M" doesn't matter, it just stands for model, however the "A" does, it needs that A in the SKU or it is not CA legal. So I'm afraid this one is not.
I see the 329PD is. The ca doj website does not not list the M329PD. There is also an A after the part # on the handgun roster. Slightly different. You might want to call buds or local FFL directly to confirm that they could receive it.

Its possible its an A, because it doesn't say B either. A Buds employee may be able to find out and update this listing. If you really want one, I'd call 1-859-368-0371 to find out if its marked A or B.
