Due to the recent increase in order volume, the shipping of some items may experience significant delays. Items shipped from our own warehouse can be shipped much sooner than items shipped direct to you from one of our fulfillment suppliers. Additionally, our supplier network has currently prohibited the canceling or updating of all orders after they have been placed. We appreciate your patience during this time.

  • I would say that the collapsible stock is a no go in NY.

  • Hans, I don't think it is but, I would check with your local FFL Dealer as they will have the latest NY compliance information with just a quick phone call.

  • Hans, Looks like this is NY compliant. The following are prohibited: ✘Semi-automatic rifles that can accept a detachable magazine and have one or more of the following features: 1. Folding / telescoping stock 2. Pistol grip 3. Thumbhole Stock 4. Fore-grip 5. Bayonet lug 6. Flash suppressor 7. Muzzle brake 8. Muzzle compensator 9. Threaded barrel 10. Grenade launcher 11. Over 10 round capacity Don\'t think they classify 1. Folding / telescoping stock because you have to loosen fasteners to move it.
