Would this weapon be NJ legal ? no pistol grip or adjustable stock , the detachable magazine should be the only "illegal" feature on this.

Rob, This shotgun with the 5 round magazine is NJ compliant. Only restrictions may be local. Compliant as far as NJ state restrictions.

It will depend if they call that a pistol grip or a thumbhole stock I suggest that you verify that it is legal with the local FFL that will do the transfer paperwork
