I have a gun permit for Virginia but my state license is Maryland, what do I need to do in order to purchase my weapon?

TaNara, your local MD FFL will be able to transfer the firearm to you as they will complete any background requirements there any way.

TaNara, Doesn't really matter where your permits are. Order the firearm to be delivered to your home state and make the transfer there.
