Has anyone else had a Taurus TH9 blow up in your hand the first time you use it? I have been trying to contact Buds for a refund or replacement but they won't answer any of my emails.

Not sure Buds can do much at this point unfortunately, as the item should have been transferred at that point, as they note that once it is transferred the sale is final and any defects would have to be directed to the manufacturer. Direct From Buds shipping page: **Upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer's warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees associated with returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. BudsGunShop.com will provide a prepaid label to ship the firearm to the manufacturer, if a prepaid label is not covered under their warranty. So if Taurus will not send you a label to have it shipped to them for it to be fixed/replaced, Buds can set one up for you. But you would still need to set up warranty work with Taurus here: taurususa.com/company/contact-us/ or on the phone at (800) 327-3776 Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 8:00PM (EST)
