I see they make this with 2 cylinders in different calibers. Can I just get this one and eventually get a 22 magnum cylinder or will I have issues?

That is affirmative. You can buy this now and buy the 22 mag cylinder at a later point. If anything, there is a possibility of having a timing issue, but I doubt you’ll have that issue since they make them for the exact revolver. It was my pleasure to assist you.
