9x18mm Makarov also a slighly larger 9.27mm bullet compared to 9.01mm for 9x19mm Luger/Parabellum/NATO.
no it is is to short to properly headspace and can cause unsafe conditions if fired in a 9mm
Although the chamber is bored to a 9mm, the round 9x18 Makarov is an older soviet round, and wont chamber properly do to the round being to short. 9×19mm Luger or Parabellum in the 115, 117, 124, 147 grains including the NATO rounds only.
Marco, no Sir. The cartridge is too short. You would need full 9mm or 9x19 ammunition to be safe and maintain your warranty. Cheers!

Marco, No 9x18 in a 9x19 chambered PPQ. Just like you can't use other calibers in a 9x19 chambered firearm.
