I READ ON ITEM SPECIFICATION THAT ONLY CAN BE USED ON FULLY RIFLED BARREL.. ?SO CAN'T IT BE USED WITH CHOKE RIFLED TUBE IN SHOT GUNS

yes it can be used with a rifled tube and even a smoothbore barrel. accuracy will be best in a full rifled barrel.
