Mossberg & Sons 464 SPX 5+1 30-30 Winchester
I see this gun has a threaded barrel which is not allowed with Semi Auto's here in NJ. Can you confirm the same is no longer true with lever or bolt action rifles?

You are correct, since this is a lever action the rule about threaded barrels does not apply to this firearm.

Robert, this rifle is State legal in NJ. Pump and Lever firearms do not carry the same restrictions as Semi-Auto firearms. Cheers and stay safe!
