Can you use a 10 round magazine in a Glock 19 Gen 3 or 4 in a Glock that comes with a 15 round magazine

Jeffrey, yes Sir you can. most manufacturers including Glock make firearm packages that have 10rd magazines so their pistols can also be sold in states that have magazine capacity restrictions. The pistols are exactly the same but just have 10rd mags included. The pistols will also accept any standard capacity magazines just fine.

As long as its a 10 rd glock 19,17,45 magazine, it just needs to be a double stack, full lenght magazine, the glock 43/43x wouldnt work as its single stack, and the glock 26 wouldn't work as its a short magazine, other then that you have full compatibility with the "state compliant" magazines.
