Kenneth, I purchased one from Buds in the last month and it came with 3 Magazines. I would contact both Buds and Taurus as Taurus advertises as coming with 3 Magazines. Kenneth, You are correct about the G3. It ships with 3 magazines. I would check to see what gun you actually bought. Maybe a G2? Check the boxes for the missing magazines.

Are you sure you didn't purchase the G2C? The 2 comes with two mags, the G3C comes with three.

All of the websites I looked on do show this SKU number includes 3 magazines.
Sometimes when manufacturers can't keep up with production they will put in less magazines then normal and include a redemption code/card you send in to get the additional when stock is caught up
