Cory, no Sir. Edward is correct on the telescoping/collapsible stock being legal but the lightweight profile barrel in conjunction with the Flash Hider kills it. Details under Rifles here : budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/maryland_restrictions.pdf

This gun has a collapsible/telescoping stock, not a folding stock, which is permitted in MD. The flash suppressor is only one evil feature if you take away the 30rd magazine.

Unfortunately even with the high capacity magazibe removed it is still not MD legal
"The following are prohibited:
✘Rifles with a capacity over 10 rounds. ✘Semi-automatic rifles with a detachable magazine and have any ​TWO​of the following features: 1.Folding stock (Not including telescoping [collapsible] stock) 2.Grenade launcher or flare launcher 3.Flash suppressor"
This rifle has an adjustable stock, detachable magazine, a flash suppressor, and the 30 round magazine, so it is a no go.
