Richard, no Sir, not this model. It has several factors that would need modifying that would be very difficult/expensive and not practical. Numbers 1, 2, 6, 7 and 9 under Rifles here would have to be modified/replaced : budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_york_restrictions.pdf

It is not legal in New York, (folding stock, threaded barrel/ flash suppressor, 30rd magazine) and buds will not sell to NY residents where modification is necessary.

You can modify just about anything to become legal, but is is worth it? Not on this gun, too many evil features, too much work.
