Wondering is this rifle would be NJ compliant without any additional compliance work? My concern is the Muzzle device and if it would need to be pinned?

NO, you need to weld and pin the muzzle brake for it to be NJ compliant. This gun only has 2 restrictive features, a threaded barrel and pistol grip. Check NJ laws HERE ( budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf ) I hope this helps

You would need to have the Muzzle brake pinned for it to be compliant and buds won't ship any gun to NJ thats not compliant as is, you'd need to find one locally that already had the Brake pinned/welded.
