For me Back up Iron sights have got to be Magpul, the entry level are fairly priced and are good quality sites. The MBUS pro are great to cost a bit more but are much slimmer and tuck completely out of the way when not in use.
And the offset Mbus pros are an exception if you are using a magnified scope and still want BUIS (back up iron sights)
