You talking the quality of their guns? Their customer service when it comes to warranty repairs/replacements?
Or just asking about them as a company in general?
I don't own any RIA guns, but from. Reviews I've seen they seem to put out a good product, I've shot quit a bit of Armscor (same company) Ammo through my Pistols and its been reliable and groups as well as most range ammo.
And just an FYI Rockriver armory (who was involved with springfield and that whole SB1657 a few
Years back) is a totaly different company then RIA, Rock Island is very pro 2A

Barry, I own (5) RIA handguns and fortunately have not had to contact them. They are all 10mm's. I hope they get your issue resolved and keep you as a satisfied Customer just the same. Businesses go out of business one customer at a time. Cheers and stay safe!
