yes however it will cause faster wear and you should change recoil springs sooner when shooting heavy loads

Yes it will have no problem shooting any +p ammo. Most manufacturer will tell you to only shoot +p once in awhile cause it can cause more wear on the gun with alot but your talking hundreds probably thousands of rounds to notice more wear than non +p ammo. So your good to go. Hope this helps.
