There's absolutely no difference, other than one states its California compliant. Hope this helps.
Harley, it is my understanding that is has to do with the Grip Type. I would verify this with North American Arms Customer Service at 1 (800) 821-5783

Harley, there is no difference, just stating that it is CA compliant. Single-action revolvers that have at least a 5 round capacity with a barrel length of at least 3 inches and an overall length of at least 7½ inches are permitted, does not have to be on the DOJ handgun roster. There are models with shorter barrels that do not meet the minmum length requirement. Have a great day sir!
