No, 22mag is a good bit longer. That means if a 22lr rounds loaded in the chamber it's going to have alot of room to move, Wich can cause bad things to happen. I'd highly recommend against it and standard manufacturing even states not to shoot 22lr in them. Sorry but hope this helps.
