can this item be shipped to me or does it have to be shipped to a licensed vendor

Ivan all firearms except some black powder and Curios and Relics firearms (can be shipped if you have a C&R License) must ship to a local FFL Dealer for transfer to you. Cheers and stay safe!

It can be shipped to you if you happen to possess a valid FFL, if not you'll need to go throug a currently licensed dealer who will do the background check and transfer of the firearm to you.

This has to be shipped to an FFL of your choice. Definitely can't be shipped directly to you. Sorry but hope this helps.
