Matthew, it is a Fixed Stock with adjustable comb height and removable spacers for length of pull adjustments. Cheers and stay safe!.

Matthew, no sir, it is not a folding stock. It has adjustable comb height and length of pull spacers. Have a great day!

No, the stock doesn't fold. It is adjustable by adding/removing spacers but that's it. Hope this helps.
