Joe, yes sir. You do not need to be a state resident to purchase & walk out of the store with a long gun. Have a great day!

Joe, Long Guns can be picked up across State Lines Sir. Just select the Buds Store as the FFL you wish to pickup. Cheers and stay safe!

No, you can only purchase firearms in whichever state your driver's license shows you live in. Like I live in PA I can't have a gun sent to Maryland Wich is one state over to pick it up there. Sorry but hope this helps.

Yes long guns can be purchased in any state as long as the sale is legal in BOTH states (purchase and resident)
